Privacy policy
Datenschutzerklärung · how this informational website handles data.
Prepared 10 October 2026Who is responsible?
The controller is the website operator identified in the legal notice. Their full legal name, address and privacy contact email must be inserted before this policy is published.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers browsing the NQ Marci informational website. The current site has no account registration, contact form, newsletter signup, payment form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served from the website’s own assets.
Whop purchases, Discord participation, Instagram use, university-student discount enquiries and enrolment verification, and any processing involved in delivering the mentorship are separate activities. This website policy does not replace the information required for those services.
Website delivery & server records
When a page is requested, the server receives connection information such as an IP address, the requested address, the time of the request and browser request headers. This is used to deliver the website; security records may also be used to identify faults or abuse.
The intended basis for necessary delivery and proportionate security processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the operator’s legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website. Processing must be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
The current version is a local preview. Before public hosting, confirm the provider’s legal entity, role and location; actual logged fields; retention period or deletion criteria; any platform authentication; recipients or subprocessors; and any processing outside the EEA and its safeguards. These facts are not established by the website code.
Cookies & browser storage
The website’s own code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or create tracking identifiers. Selected billing options and months are held in page memory and reset when the page reloads. No social feed or video player is embedded.
There is no cookie-consent banner for these functions. Cookies or similar technologies added by the final hosting or access layer still need to be checked. Any non-essential tracking introduced later must be assessed and, where required, blocked until consent is given.
Links to other services
Whop and Instagram are ordinary outbound links. Their content is not embedded on this page. Following a link opens the provider’s site, where that provider receives connection data and may process further information under its own privacy notice. Links to those services are configured not to send this page’s address as a referrer.
Membership delivery through Discord and purchases through Whop may also involve the NQ Marci operator processing member data. The relevant service privacy information must explain that processing separately; it is not covered merely by linking to the platforms.
If you contact the operator
If you send an enquiry, your contact details and message are used to respond. For a request about entering a contract, the relevant basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries may be handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for the legitimate interest in responding.
The contact address, email provider and retention practice are awaiting confirmation. Before publication, specify when enquiries are deleted and which legal retention duties or claims, if any, justify keeping them longer.
Recipients, retention & transfers
The final notice must identify the relevant hosting and communications providers or recipient categories, how long each category of data is retained or how that period is determined, and any transfers outside the EEA. Where a transfer occurs, the applicable adequacy decision or other safeguards and a way to obtain information about them must be stated.
Those operational details are still open. No fixed retention period, EU-only hosting promise or international-transfer mechanism has been assumed in this draft.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The operator must assess the objection under Article 21 GDPR.
Send rights requests to the controller’s contact in the legal notice, once supplied. This site’s own functions do not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
Complaints
You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. In Austria, contact the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria; email dsb@dsb.gv.at.
Changes to this website
This notice must be updated if the website’s hosting, tracking, forms, embedded content or other data processing changes. The preparation date appears at the top of this page.
